What does the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) cover?
Our AMC includes regular software updates, security patches, updates for Nepalese Inland Revenue Department (IRD) compliance rules (VAT rate shifts or Annex format modifications), remote troubleshooting, and on-call priority support.
Do you offer on-premise offline deployment?
Yes, our desktop applications are offline-first to ensure billing operations never stop during internet outages. Data is synced to the web cloud backup whenever internet connectivity is restored.
Are there any per-user or node limits?
No. Unlike global ERPs, our licensing model is per-company/branch. You pay a one-time fee for the license and can create unlimited users within that branch's server node without additional subscription fees.
Can we migrate our existing ledger and product lists?
Absolutely. Our team provides database migration services. We convert your old accounting records, customer lists, and product codes from Excel, Tally, or Busy into Visma ERP during setup.
Is training included in the pricing?
Yes, onsite and remote staff training is included in all our full base packages. We conduct a 3-day structured session covering accounts, inventory, sales, and cashier cashier training.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If our software deliverables do not match the committed project scope, or if our support team cannot complete implementation, a full refund is processed within 30 days.
