What counts as a "business" for this pricing?
Any registered company or sole trader in Nepal using our ERP software. Single-branch or multi-branch, any size. We charge one flat rate per subscription.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Annual subscriptions are Rs. 11,000/year one month free compared to monthly billing. Contact us to set this up.
What if I need more than 7 years of data retention?
Extended retention beyond 7 years is available on request. Pricing depends on total data volume. Contact our team for a quote.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
We provide a full export of your backup within 7 days of cancellation and then securely delete it from our systems. You keep everything that was yours.
Is VAT included in the Rs. 1,000/month?
No. Rs. 1,000/month is exclusive of VAT. A 13% VAT-inclusive rate of Rs. 1,130/month applies to VAT-registered subscribers.
Is the ERP support truly unlimited?
Yes for issues caused by our software. Hardware failures, third-party integrations, or user errors that are unrelated to our ERP are handled separately.
How quickly can I be set up?
Most businesses are live within the same business day. We install the agent remotely, run the first backup and verify it typically in 2–4 hours.
What if the backup fails one night?
Our system automatically retries failed backups. If it fails again, you and our team both receive an immediate alert. We investigate and resolve before the next night's window.
