This page is maintained by Subhu Software to explain what data Visma ERP Solution v26 collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
We collect business contact information you provide (name, email, phone, outlet name), and operational data you enter into the Software (menus, bills, inventory, customers, staff).
2. How we use information
To deliver and support the Software, generate IRD-compliant reports for your business, provide customer support, and send important product or service updates.
3. Data storage & security
Customer data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit. Access is restricted to authorised support engineers on a need-to-know basis.
4. Sharing & disclosure
We do not sell your data. We share data only with sub-processors necessary to run the Software (hosting, email delivery) or when required by Nepali law.
5. Cookies & analytics
Our website uses minimal cookies for session and basic analytics to improve content. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by writing to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
7. Retention
Operational data is retained for as long as your subscription is active and for 30 days afterwards to allow export, after which it is deleted from active systems.
8. Children's privacy
The Software is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 18.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice.
