Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using Visma ERP Solution v26. By accessing or using the software you agree to be bound by them.

1. Acceptance of terms

By installing, accessing or using Visma ERP Solution v26 ("the Software"), provided by Subhu Software ("we", "us"), you ("Customer") agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your internal hospitality business operations for the duration of your active subscription.

3. Subscription & payment

Plans are billed monthly or annually in Nepali Rupees (NPR), exclusive of VAT 13%. Late payments may lead to suspension of service after a 7-day grace period.

4. Customer data & ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Software. We process data only to deliver the service and never sell it to third parties.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or use the Software to violate any applicable Nepali law or IRD regulations.

6. Support

Email, phone and on-site support is provided according to the plan you have subscribed to. Response times are best-effort during Nepal business hours.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination you may export your data for 30 days.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu.
